The AI project manager for the renovation you can’t drive to.

iPM turns a set of site photos and a voice memo into a full renovation job pack — scope of works, priced materials, trade briefs, schedule, and invoicing — while the owner stays in the approve/reject seat.

Who built it

iPM was built by Ibbi Mabroor — a 20-year project manager, licensed builder, carpenter, and RMIT AI PhD candidate. He runs it on his own regional renovations first, and only ships features he uses that week.

The corporate stack is AR Engineering (parent) → Praxis Enhancement (sub) → iPM (product). Corby Property Group is a client of Praxis, not the owner of iPM.

How it works

    Drop photos
    Upload from your phone, from Google Drive, or pick 16 auto-extracted frames out of a walk-through video. HEIC converts in-browser.

    AI drafts the whole job pack
    Scope of works, deterministic BOM, priced materials with supplier suggestions, Options A/B/C, a day-by-day schedule.

    You approve
    Every AI output lands in an Approvals queue as a draft. Confidence-scored, colour-coded, one click to accept, reject, or edit.

    Trade briefs auto-SMS via Crazytel
    Per-trade briefs and one-tap SMS drafts to your contact list. Nothing sends until you press Send.
  5. 5
    Ship + invoice
    Photo-verified milestones ("no photo, no payment"), QA checklists, variations handled, handover report as .docx.
